Key Requirements

Contract Details
The government intends to award firm-fixed-price delivery order(s) (Motor Vehicle Delivery Order - MVDO) and reserves the right to make one or multiple awards. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Attachment F provides an addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-4, clarifying terms related to invoice payment, order of precedence, unauthorized obligations, and commercial supplier agreements.
