Vehicles must be new (2025 or 2026 model year) with a maximum of 1000 miles upon delivery. Detailed specifications, including drivetrain, color preferences, GVWR, payload, and towing capacities, are provided in Attachment B. Delivery is required by February 20, 2026, FOB Destination to Washington, DC. While towing hitches are not required, vehicles must meet the specified minimum towing capacities.
Contract Details
The Government intends to award firm-fixed-price delivery order(s) and reserves the right to make one single award or multiple awards to multiple vendors. Pricing must be inclusive of all items and services to furnish the vehicles FOB Destination. An addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-4 clarifies terms and conditions, including invoice payment, order of precedence, unauthorized obligations, commercial supplier agreements, and indemnification, which are crucial for understanding the legal framework of any resulting contract.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Adobe format by February 12, 2026, 2 PM EST. Questions were due by February 10, 2026. Bidders must bid on the entire quantity of any selected line item; partial quantities will not be accepted. Evaluation will prioritize Technical Compliance (including specifications, delivery terms, and dates) and Past Performance over Price. All solicitation amendments must be acknowledged. Required documents include the SF 18 form, manufacturer's vehicle window sticker for each quoted vehicle, and pricing submitted using Attachment A.
