Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller to ensure OEM warranty and service. All software licensing, warranty, and service must align with OEM terms. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, parties interested in challenging the sole source basis must submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. The Government will consider all capability statements received by the closing date to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible.
