- CLIN 0001 (Bennington, VT): Two (2) single occupancy rooms and 37 double occupancy rooms for two nights (Check-in June 3, 2026; Check-out June 5, 2026). Rooms must be within 30 miles of the Bennington Armory.
- CLIN 0002 (Jericho/Burlington, VT): Three (3) single occupancy rooms and 55 double occupancy rooms for three nights (Check-in June 3, 2026; Check-out June 6, 2026). Rooms must be within 30 miles of the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, VT, with Burlington, VT, as a preferred location.
For both CLINs, rooms must be at the same hotel property, have private bathrooms, linens, housekeeping, lockable doors with two keys, free continental breakfast, and a fitness center. Double occupancy rooms require two separate beds (full size or larger), while single rooms need at least one full size bed or larger. All lodging must meet standards for official U.S. government-sponsored events, including mandatory FEMA approval.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Quoted rates must include all costs, including applicable taxes, as the government does not pay taxes on federal contracts. Rates must remain fixed for the contract duration. There will be no cancellation policy; the government will pay for all reserved rooms. Hotels may require guests to provide a credit card for incidentals.
