Scope of Work

The requirement is for two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):

For both CLINs, rooms must be at the same hotel property, have private bathrooms, linens, housekeeping, lockable doors with two keys, free continental breakfast, and a fitness center. Double occupancy rooms require two separate beds (full size or larger), while single rooms need at least one full size bed or larger. All lodging must meet standards for official U.S. government-sponsored events, including mandatory FEMA approval.
