Amendment / Modification

This amendment (Amendment One) modifies the solicitation by:

• Adding several new clauses to the contract.
• Extending the closing date for offers to March 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The purpose of this contract is to provide a cost-per-test contract for a VersaJet wound debridement system, potentially under a BPA or IDIQ contract.

• The contractor shall provide the VersaJet 2 device (or newer) to the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service within 90 days of contract award.

• The equipment will be placed at Pine Ridge Hospital at no cost.

• The government will purchase disposable handsets for use with the equipment.

• Payments are due upon receipt of complete and accurate invoices.

• Invoices will be returned for resubmission if incomplete.

• The Government will not release the Contractor from liability for acts of omission, improper repair, negligence, or deliberate/non-deliberate acts jeopardizing health and safety.

• Contractor's terms and conditions will be incorporated by reference, but Federal Acquisition Regulations and other Federal laws/rules take precedence in case of conflict.

• Only the Contracting Officer has the authority to bind the Government or modify the contract terms. No understanding, agreement, or purported modification from anyone else is binding.
