29 JULY 2025 UPDATE - AMENDMENT 0001 incorporates the recent Wage Determination update, RFIs, and drawing updates, that were posted on 24 July 2025. OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENTS WITH BID PACKAGE. The contractor shall schedule and perform a construction task for the replacement of the existing heating boiler systems in Building 105 at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Harrison Twp. MI. The Contractor will provide complete and operable boiler systems at Building 105. The replacement boilers shall be high efficiency condensing boilers with stainless steel heat exchangers. The offered boilers shall be in accordance with The Selfridge ANG Base Design Standards. The installation and replacement shall include but is not limited to all piping connections, combustion air and venting, power connections, boiler pumps, hot water pumps, and system startup and validation. These new pumps and boilers will operate on a loop with the lead / lag configuration which may require some piping changes from the existing configuration.
