Scope of Work
This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks brand name or equal Video Wall Equipment, including video monitors and accessory equipment, to enable USSS Police Command Center personnel to monitor and control up to eight wall-mounted video screens from workstations. The requirement includes equipment, delivery, and warranties. Installation will be performed by others and is not part of this contract. A detailed list of specific manufacturers, models, and quantities is provided in the Statement of Requirements (SOR).
Contract & Timeline
The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Delivery of goods is required no later than 30 days from the award date to 9250 Hamton Overlook, Capitol Heights, MD. Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the receipt of offers.
Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted to Erik Syfert (Erik.Syfert@usss.dhs.gov) and John Akin (john.akin@usss.dhs.gov) by February 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Submissions must include the solicitation number, offeror information (UEI, EFT indicator), information for evaluation, responses to provisions, and a statement of agreement with terms and conditions. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter with the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical acceptability requires meeting or exceeding all SOR requirements. All prices quoted must include FOB Destination shipping.
