*** EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 3, 2025: The government has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). *** *** Under this Solicitation, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P626BA002 for bidding purposes. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for its construction project entitled, Village of East Hazel Crest Stormwater Improvements, East Hazel Crest, Cook County, Illinois (USACE Acquisition). PROJECT INFORMATION: The project work includes the replacement of earthen drainage ditches with underground concrete box culverts. The base work includes the installation of 586 linear feet of 6?x2? concrete box culvert. Option Work includes installing 171 linear feet of 6?x2? concrete box culvert. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED to SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The requirement is for one (1) year. Responses to this Solicitation (Invitation for Bids) are due by 1:00 p.m. (Central Time) on December 2, 2025. Bid opening and reading will occur one hour after the solicitation deadline.
