Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and infrastructure upgrades for a new physical IDS in Building 503, Air Combat Training Center (ACTC). This includes the full replacement of all sensors, installation of new cabling, new access panels, and removal of all old IDS components. The installation must be done in parallel with the current system to avoid operational interference. The new system must integrate with the existing Electronic Security System (ESS) on Tyndall AFB. A brand name restriction to Honeywell Vindicator hardware applies.

Key Requirements & Compliance
The design must include two Honeywell Premise Control Units (PCU), two Honeywell Site Commanders, UL 634 listed Level II High Security Switches (HSS), and UL 639 listed motion sensors (PIRs). All components must comply with AFI 31-101, ICD/ICS-705 Chapter 7, Tyndall AFB specifications, ESE-SIT-0001, and UL 2050 Extent 3. Equipment must be Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) from the AFSFC Approved Equipment List (AEL) or government-accepted non-AEL COTS. Existing equipment cannot be reused. Contractor personnel must be certified by Vindicator Security Solutions Technical Services group. A complete data package of electronic/Auto-CAD drawings is a key deliverable. Bidders must adhere to the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination for Florida, Bay County.
Submission & Evaluation
Offers will be evaluated on Price and Technical Compliance (Acceptable/Not Acceptable). Price must be submitted in U.S. Dollars, inclusive of supply, shipping, delivery, installation, setup, and training. Technical documentation is required; failure to provide it will result in an unacceptable proposal. Payment requests will be submitted electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
