- Deployment of instructional and student guides.
- Export of VMs in OVA format for government use.
- Provision of Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for troubleshooting and live technical support during in-class resident weeks (18 weeks annually) with immediate response, and email support during non-in-class weeks (8-hour response).
- VM environments must support up to 60 concurrent students per course iteration, with up to six courses running in parallel, and a total of up to 400 students.
- VM availability target of 96%, with a minimum latency of 90ms.
- Instructor capabilities for remote control, file transfer, and command execution on student VMs.
- Contractor-hosted environment is preferred, with the hosting data center ideally in Germany to minimize latency.
