- Material Handling Equipment (MHE): 10K forklift with operator, 20K forklift with operator.
- Line Haul Transportation (On Tinian): Flatbed truck with operator for equipment movement between seaport/airfield and North Field.
- Catering: Morning and evening hot meals, requiring an active/approved Food Water Risk Assessment (FWRA) and compliance with the Tri-Service Food Code.
