Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair program for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, video walls, and associated infrastructure for the 52d Fighter Wing at Spangdahlem AB, Germany.

• Provide labor, tools, parts, equipment, supervision, and services for VTC and video wall systems.
• Includes scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and tiered response for remote and on-site emergency support.
• Services to be performed by qualified, certified, and cleared contractor personnel.
• Some systems may be excluded due to existing agreements or planned upgrades.

Preventive Maintenance (PM):

• Four (4) scheduled quarterly PM visits per equipment.
• Includes system inspection, calibration, software/firmware updates, fault mitigation, log analysis, and End-of-Life (EOL) tracking (6 months advance notification).

Emergency & Break-Fix:

• Tiered response: Step 1 - Remote Support (4 hours during duty hours, next business day for non-duty hours); Step 2 - On-Site Support (within 72 hours if remote resolution fails).

• Minor parts and minor programming/reconfiguring costs are included.

• Major component replacement or major programming/reconfiguring requires a firm-fixed-price quote approved by the COR and Contracting Officer.

• Diagnosis & Quote: Written report and firm-fixed-price quote due within 4 business days of on-site arrival.

• All replacement parts must be new and OEM or approved equivalent.

• Service Reports: Written reports within 10 business days of each service visit, detailing system status, work performed, parts replaced, and unresolved issues.

• VTC Logbooks: Updated with maintenance and inspection reports after each service call.

• Billing: Invoices submitted within 30 calendar days after service.

• Uptime Guarantee: 99% of contract period for VTC systems (excluding scheduled maintenance).

• Response Times: 95% of remote support requests within 4 business-hours; 95% of on-site dispatches within 72 hours.

• Service Credits: 5% per day for failure to meet Tier 1 on-site response times.

• Location: Spangdahlem AB, Germany.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, video walls, and associated infrastructure located at Spangdahlem AB, Germany.

• Perform scheduled quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits (four per year) for each piece of equipment.

• Provide tiered response for emergency and break-fix situations, including remote and on-site support.

• Conduct thorough system inspections, calibration, software/firmware updates, fault mitigation, and log analysis during PM visits.
