Scope of Work
The requirement is for the rental, delivery, installation, start-up, maintenance support, and removal of a 550-ton portable chiller system. The vendor must supply necessary hoses, couplers, adaptors, and cabling for a 200-foot run to the facility's 10-inch chilled water connection points in the basement. The vendor is responsible for initial startup, ensuring clean water lines, and providing comprehensive services including emergency calls and maintenance. If the chiller goes down, personnel must be on-site within 24 hours, and a replacement chiller must be provided within 120 hours if issues are not resolved within 72 hours.
