Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for the VOCERA Platform 6, a wireless communication device system. Key services include:
- Data and Device Management: Updating and maintaining processes for data and device changes, managing users, groups, messaging templates, and address book entries. This also involves device management data, troubleshooting, repairs, and training users on best practices.
- Software Management: Applying VOCERA service packs and hot fixes, and conducting system health analyses every six months.
- Platform Service Monitoring: Proactively monitoring VOCERA Platform services for issues and escalating them to VOCERA Technical Support as needed.
- Deployment Optimization: Assisting with workflow optimization for existing VOCERA deployed nursing units/departments and refining deployment messaging groups.
- Training and Orientation Management: Coaching staff, developing training for new employee orientation, onboarding new users, maintaining training materials, and ensuring a 10% Super User population.
- Issue Escalation Management: Addressing and resolving VOCERA equipment, database, and user issues, escalating network/server/product issues, and tracking/trending issues for process improvements.
- Report Management: Setting up scheduled reports, providing consultation on available reports, and advising on optimizing the VOCERA system and user performance.
- End User Satisfaction: Developing and conducting annual user satisfaction surveys and facilitating user group meetings.
