Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for the VOCERA Platform 6, encompassing:
- Data and Device Management: Handling data, device management, updates, user/group/template management, and device troubleshooting.
- Software Management: Applying VOCERA service packs and hot fixes, and conducting system health analysis.
- Platform Service Monitoring: Proactively monitoring VOCERA Platform services and escalating issues as needed.
- Deployment Optimization: Providing workflow optimization for existing VOCERA deployments and integrations.
- Training and Orientation Management: Coaching staff, developing training for new employees, onboarding new users, and maintaining training materials.
- Issue Escalation Management: Addressing and resolving VOCERA equipment, database, and user issues, and escalating network/server issues.
- Report Management: Setting up scheduled reports, consulting on available reports, and advising on optimizing VOCERA system and user performance.
- End User Satisfaction: Developing and conducting user satisfaction surveys and facilitating user group meetings.
- Compliance: Adhering to VA Directive 6550 and VA Directive 6500.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price
- Period of Performance: One year (Base Year: April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027).
- Place of Performance: VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Los Angeles, CA 90073.
- Duty Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM, with availability for nights (4:00 PM through 8:00 AM), including paid holidays and up to 20 days of paid leave.
