Scope of Work

Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period. The estimated value for this requirement is approximately $40 Million. Delivery terms are FOB Destination.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This acquisition is Unrestricted (Full and Open Competition). The applicable NAICS Code is 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) with a size standard of $40.0 Million. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and, if applicable, verified in the SBA Small Business Search at the time of award. Non-OEM firms must submit an Authorized Distributor Letter with their quote.
Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price, with Technical and Past Performance combined being significantly more important than price.
