Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To conduct the 2/34 IBCT Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event, informing Service members and families about available assistance and services to ensure readiness and resiliency.

• Provide all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for the event.

• Offer sleeping rooms, meeting spaces, and meals for the 2/34 IBCT.

• Services to be provided between 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7th, 2026, and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8th, 2026.

• Event venue to be located within a 25-mile radius of Fort Dodge, IA 50501.
