- Providing all necessary equipment, materials, and proper disposal of waste and debris. Contractors must verify measurements on-site.

Eligibility & Evaluation

- Contractor Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in commercial or federal roof coating projects, including surface preparation and coating removal/application. Compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations is mandatory.
- Evaluation: Proposals will be evaluated based on stated factors and subfactors, with non-price factors being approximately equal in importance to price. Acceptance is contingent upon inspection by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Facility Manager.
