• Inventory Support: Processing discrepant materials, assisting with physical inventory, and recommending process improvements.

• Program Management Support: Includes Aviation Support Detachment (ASD) material support, reporting, and performance measurement.

• Performance will be monitored and surveyed by Government quality assurance evaluators (QAEs) according to the QASP.

• Procedures for met or unmet performance standards include commendations, favorable reviews, and documentation on CPARS.

• Services are required at RSO Norfolk (Building SP-86) and RSO Oceana (Building 720).

• Operating hours are detailed in Section 1.6.1, with specific time standards for RSO Oceana and Norfolk based on 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
