Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide the repair and refurbishment of a custom-built EST Companies LLC Foaming System (EST Part # 25175HWF3X5) for aircraft washing, corrosion prevention, and related purposes at Dyess AFB, TX.

• System Refurbishment: Includes repair and replacement of components to ensure a fully functional system.

• Key Components to be Refurbished/Replaced:

  • Ten (10) Stainless Steel Hose Reel Stands with electric rewind reels (minimum 150 ft. hoses).
  • Five (5) 4X Revere Stainless-Steel Remote-Control Panels.
  • Three (3) Revere Hot Water Wash Systems (including burner coils, plumbing, and controls).
  • Three (3) Revere Foamer Systems (including pumps, flow regulators, and plumbing).
  • Revere Wash System Controls and Integration (including float switches and water softener).
  • Heavy Duty Air Compressor (new 15hp screw compressor, 120-gallon receiver tank, 120 PSI output).

• Ancillary Tasks: Provide supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, labor, and safety equipment. Provide a comprehensive work plan within 90 days of repair/installation/start-up/training. On-site performance and repairs must be completed within 30 calendar days.

• Training: Provide training to a minimum of 3 military personnel on equipment usage and maintenance.
