Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Conduct sampling for Open Burn/Open Detonation (OBOD) activities, including sediment traps, sedimentation basins, soil, surface water, and groundwater.

• Perform macroinvertebrate sampling and habitat assessment.

• Comply with all Federal, State, and local environmental and safety laws and regulations.

• Performance will be evaluated based on areas identified in Technical Exhibit 1, Performance Requirements Summary.

• Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) include zero failures to supply reports within 20 calendar days of sampling.

• Surveillance will be conducted by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).

• Period of Performance: One (1) Base ordering period of five (5) years (June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2031) and one (1) Option ordering period of five (5) years.

• Place of Performance: LEMC Demil grounds and Building 8001, with specific locations provided by the TPOC.

• Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 0700-1600, and Friday with TPOC authorization, excluding recognized US holidays or facility closures.

• Contractor must be familiar with explosive contaminated environments.

• Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, statutes, regulations, and permits.
