  • CLIN 0003: CDRLs – Preparation and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) A001-A004, including annual ARMD and DEMIL reports, and certificates for annual TARP and OPSEC training.

All testing must adhere to PADEP-approved sampling plans (Appendix E-1 and E-2) and RCRA Subpart X. Sampling must occur within 30 calendar days of order receipt, with results submitted within 10 days of testing completion.
