The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and services necessary to perform water and soil testing, on-site observations, and process audits. This includes:
- CLIN 0001: ARMD Environmental Sampling – Water and soil testing, observations, and audits per PWS paragraphs 5.1 through 5.1.6.6.
- CLIN 0002: OBOD Environmental Sampling – Water and soil testing, observations, and audits per PWS paragraphs 5.2 through 5.2.9.6.
- CLIN 0003: CDRLs – Preparation and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) A001-A004, including annual ARMD and DEMIL reports, and certificates for annual TARP and OPSEC training.
All testing must adhere to PADEP-approved sampling plans (Appendix E-1 and E-2) and RCRA Subpart X. Sampling must occur within 30 calendar days of order receipt, with results submitted within 10 days of testing completion.
