Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to perform water and soil testing, on-site observations, and process audits. This includes environmental sampling for:
- Ammonium Perchlorate Rocket Motor Destruction (ARMD) Environmental Sampling (CLIN 0001): As per PWS paragraphs 5.1 through 5.1.6.6.
- Open Burn/Open Detonation (OBOD) Environmental Sampling (CLIN 0002): As per PWS paragraphs 5.2 through 5.2.9.6.
- Resampling (CLIN 0003): As per PWS paragraph 5.2.7.
- CDRLs (CLIN 0004): Preparation and delivery of DD Form 1423 CDRLs A001-A004, including annual TARP and OPSEC training certificates, and ARMD/DEMIL Annual Reports.
Sampling includes soil, groundwater, surface water, stormwater runoff, sediment, and macroinvertebrates, adhering to RCRA Subpart X and PADEP-approved sampling plans (Appendices E-1 and E-2). A Professional Geologist (PG) is required to review analytical data.
