Performance Requirements
Work must comply with American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards D100 and D102, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 62-555.350. Inspections must be conducted by a licensed professional engineer. Minimizing water tower downtime is imperative.
Special Instructions
Contractor personnel and vehicles require compliance with Hurlburt Field base entry and security regulations; requests for base access for proposal delivery must be emailed NLT 72 hours prior to the proposal due date. All work must adhere to applicable safety (OSHA, Air Force standards) and environmental protection regulations. Coordination for service interruptions must be made with 1SOCES Inspector or Contracting Officer.
