Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To conduct a comprehensive inspection and testing of seven groundwater wells at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), five of which are legacy wells, to assess their current condition and develop a strategic plan for future repair, modernization, and maintenance.

• Provide personnel, design, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, testing, analysis, reports, permits, and equipment for well inspection and testing.

• Perform comprehensive well assessments, including detailed inspections and testing of physical and operational conditions.

• Conduct standards compliance reviews to identify non-compliant conditions.

• Deliver a corrective action report with prioritized recommendations.

• Ensure all work adheres to applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

• Coordinate all activities with the 9th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) water shop personnel.

• Includes an optional contract for repair of deficiencies with the pump and/or downhole equipment for Well 5.

• Data Rights: Government has unlimited rights to all documents and materials produced under the contract.

• Organizational Conflict of Interest: Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer of any potential OCI.
