Scope of Work

This includes assessing current physical and operational conditions, conducting standards compliance reviews, and delivering a corrective action report with prioritized recommendations. All work must adhere to Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, and be coordinated with the 9th Civil Engineer Squadron. An optional contract line item is included for the repair of deficiencies with the pump and/or downhole equipment for Well 5.

Any well repairs must be performed by a California-licensed C-57 Well Drilling Contractor. Offerors must submit a Past Performance Summary Sheet (Attachment 3) and adhere to the provided Wage Determination (Attachment 2).
