Submission Requirements

Offerors wishing to propose more than one vessel must submit separate offer packages for each. Bidders must carefully review and complete all required attachments, including the Vessel Characteristics Questionnaire, Vessel Configuration drawings, Vessel's Commercial and Research Fishing History, Master/Crew Work Experience, and Past Performance Questionnaire. Failure to provide complete, accurate, and informative documentation, particularly vessel configuration drawings, may result in proposal rejection or a negative impact on the proposal rating.
