Key Requirements & Clarifications
Offerors must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Program, a Grounds Management Plan, and a Site-Specific Safety Plan. A Site Manager and Alternate Site Manager are required to have third-party Landscape Contractor Association accreditation (can be obtained post-award). Licensed pesticide applicators are mandatory. Strict adherence to the "Dignity Clause" is required, prohibiting walking, standing, or driving on headstones/markers and mandating extreme care for gravesites.
