Wireless Internet & Mobile Services in support of CTG 73.2 (GUAM)

• Mobile Service Plan: 1 unit (supports 4LTE/5G) with unlimited voice and SMS, unlimited long-distance calls and SMS to the U.S., and 30GB of data roaming for US, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Philippines.
• Furnishing and installing all necessary equipment (modem, router, etc.).
• Ensuring 24/7 connectivity with at least 95% uptime.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting within 24 hours of outage notification.
• Replacing defective equipment at no additional cost.
• Delivering active wireless services and enterprise unlimited plan within 5 business days of contract start date.
• Providing monthly billing and customer support.

Submission & Evaluation

• Offer Due Date: March 17, 2026, 10:00 AM ChST (Guam Time).
• Submission Instructions: Quotations must be submitted via email to Joshua Tyquiengco (joshua.g.tyquiengco.civ@us.navy.mil) AND Rafael Battung (rafaeleladio.m.battung.civ@us.navy.mil). Emails exceeding 10 MB may not be received. Hand delivery, postal mail, express mail, or fax are not accepted.
• Required Documents: Complete SF 1449, Attachment (A) Pricing Sheet (with yellow-highlighted sections filled), and a separate quote with pricing breakdown and technical description.
• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The solicitation document specifically indicates "price only" as the evaluation factor.

Additional Notes

• No government-furnished equipment is required; the contractor will furnish all equipment, SIM cards, and connectivity.
• Payment will be made via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
