Scope of Work

- Wireless Internet: Five units, each with 1000GB HSPA data, supporting up to 10 devices, for local consumption only.
- Mobile Service: One unit (4LTE/5G) with unlimited voice/SMS, unlimited long-distance to the U.S., and 30GB data roaming for US, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Philippines. User roaming is anticipated based on mission requirements, possibly once per quarter.
- Furnishing and installing all necessary equipment (modem, router, SIM cards).
- Ensuring 24/7 connectivity with at least 95% uptime.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting within 24 hours of outage notification.
- Replacing defective equipment at no additional cost.
- Delivering active services within 5 business days of contract start.
