This amendment modifies solicitation SP3300-26-Q-5009.

• Delivery Dates: The delivery schedule has been updated. Quarterly deliveries of 300 gates are now required on the following dates:

  • September 02, 2026
  • December 02, 2026
  • March 02, 2027

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, specifically Wooden Gates for DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. It constitutes the only solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

• Product: Wooden Gates, size 84 inches x 88 inches.

• Fabrication: Must be in accordance with Attachment 1 (drawing).

• Materials: Constructed using wood products.

• Treatment: Wood products must be heat-treated in accordance with ISPM 15 guidelines.

• Assembly: All boards to be nailed together at cross-section points with rustproof nails (minimum of three per point).

• Stock Number: 566000L090001.

• Quantity: 1,200.00 EACH.

• Packaging: Must follow ASTM D3951-10 and MIL-STD-129R. Specific stacking and bundling instructions apply. Crates must be banded, not exceed five per bundle, and not be stacked higher than two bundles. Must be kept covered in transit and delivered using a vehicle allowing side loading/unloading. Specific quantities per truckload are noted for different DoDAACs.

• Pallets: Material must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets in accordance with MD00100452, Revision C. Pallets must be heat-treated, certified, and stamped/branded per DOD Manual 4140.65-M. Failure to comply will result in non-acceptance of the shipment.

• Contract Type: One (1) firm-fixed-price purchase order will be issued.

• Delivery Destination: DLA DISTRIBUTION SAN JOAQUIN BASE SUPPLY, 25600 S CHRISMAN RD B OSS WHSE 29-5, TRACY, CA 95304.

• Period of Performance: Not explicitly stated, but delivery is required.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Sharon.stine@dla.mil.

• Quote Deadline: 12:00 PM EST on March 6, 2026.
