Scope of Work

The requirement is for two different sizes of winged wooden pallets:

All pallets must be constructed from Class 3 Heat Treated Lumber or better, assembled with 2" ring shank nails, and be ISPM 15 compliant with an easily viewed stamp. Specific construction details for top and bottom decks are provided for each CLIN. Pallet specifications must comply with MD00100452, Revision C, DOD Manual 4140.65-M, and ANSI MH1, Part 9.
