Scope of Work
The requirement is for two different sizes of winged wooden pallets:
- CLIN 0001: 6,480 Each (EA) of 24" x 24" wing wood pallets.
- CLIN 0002: 12,960 Each (EA) of 16" x 26" wing wood pallets.
All pallets must be constructed from Class 3 Heat Treated Lumber or better, assembled with 2" ring shank nails, and be ISPM 15 compliant with an easily viewed stamp. Specific construction details for top and bottom decks are provided for each CLIN. Pallet specifications must comply with MD00100452, Revision C, DOD Manual 4140.65-M, and ANSI MH1, Part 9. Contract Details

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to John.Sproul@dla.mil. Facsimile and hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Award will be made on an 'all or nothing' basis to the lowest-priced offer that meets or exceeds technical specifications. Evaluation will assess Technical Capability and Past Performance on an acceptable/unacceptable basis, with the lowest priced technically acceptable quote being selected.
