Scope of Work

- Four (4) Electric Height Adjustable Workbenches
- Nine (9) Electric Height Adjustable Workstations
Detailed technical specifications are provided in the "SPEC SHEET.pdf" document. Both workbenches and workstations must feature adjustable height (30" to 40"), 30" depth, and a 1" thick solid surface countertop similar to Corian "Savannah" color. Workbenches require mobile, powder-coated steel frames with lockable casters, integrated backstops, shelf lips, adjustable shelving, and at least six electrical outlets. Workstations require powder-coated steel frames with leveling pads and USB/Power grommets. Delivery is Free On Board (FOB) to the Kyle Health Center. The period of performance is six (6) months from the date of award.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead, signed, dated, and include the solicitation number, closing date, company contact information, a technical description, warranty terms, price, "Remit to" address, acknowledgment of amendments, and past performance information. A statement of agreement with all terms and conditions is required, and quotes must be firm for at least 60 days.
- Eligibility: Restricted to ISBEEs only, pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. Non-eligible quotes will be rejected.
- Evaluation Basis: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotes will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis for technical acceptability against the Spec Sheet and SOO, and price reasonableness.
