Technical factors are more important than Past Performance, which is more important than Cost.
Important Notes
Prospective offerors must complete and return an Offeror Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to xvp9@cdc.gov and vyh1@cdc.gov to receive access to non-public attachments (ATT001-ATT022).
