Scope of Work

  • Project scope of work definition

Submission Requirements

Interested firms must clearly demonstrate capabilities through examples of previous or current VE and risk management contracts. Each project example should include:

  • Project Name, Firm's role, and area(s) of responsibility
  • Project program and function, budget, final contract amount, schedule, and completion date
  • Offeror’s unique approach, management/planning approach, and relevance to the IDIQ scope
  • Any certificates, awards, or peer recognition

Firms must also submit SF330s and complete the attached Contractor Information Form and Questionnaire. Specific questions to address include:

  1. Interest in an in-person meet and greet at the SAVE International 2026 Value Summit.
  2. Experience performing VE and Risk Management services under NAICS 541330, with examples.
  3. Experience performing VE service contracts for the U.S. government, with descriptions.
  4. Availability of an SF330.
