Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and material for comprehensive Catholic Priest services. This includes conducting Catholic mass, sacraments (confessions, baptism, confirmation, First Communion, matrimony, annulment counseling, funerals, anointing of the sick), pastoral care, counseling, and OCIA instruction. Services will primarily be at WSMR, with occasional support at Fort Bliss and Holloman Air Force Base as directed. The priest must be ordained, endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS), and have accepted faculties from AMS. Services are provided when Unit Ministry Team (UMT) members, DA Civilians, or volunteers are unavailable.
