Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for the supply, delivery, and installation of commercial roll-up and sectional overhead doors at multiple United States Bureau of Reclamation facilities in Wyoming.

• Operation: Electric motor driven with manual backup; compatible with existing electrical services (voltage, phase, amperage specified per location).

• Material and Finish: Specific requirements for steel type, powder coating, insulation R-value, and flame/smoke spread indices.

• Performance Standards: Minimum 50,000 cycle rating; operational up to 20 PSF wind load; smooth operation, secure fastening, no excessive noise.

• Safety Features: Contact safety edges, soft/flexible leading edges, compliance with spring tension and motor safety standards, secure locking systems.

• Deliverables: Supplied and installed doors, fully operational installation, manufacturer's warranty, operation/maintenance manuals, compliance certifications, and site cleanup.

• Start Date: Upon Contract Award

• Completion Date: Within 90 days of contract award

• Work Hours: Normal business hours, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, unless otherwise approved.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roll-up door supply and installation.

• Installers must be trained and certified.

• Proof of insurance and OSHA compliance required.

• Government will provide site access and utilities (e.g., electricity).

• Contractor to notify POC upon completion.

• Acceptance criteria include smooth operation, meeting specifications, provision of all deliverables, and a clean work area.

• Deficiencies must be corrected within 5 business days at contractor's expense.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for original equipment brand name or equal. The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, requires the supply, delivery, and installation of commercial roll-up and sectional overhead doors at seven facilities in Carbon, Platte, and Natrona counties, Wyoming.
