The primary purpose is to identify potential sources and suitable locations for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Spartanburg, SC. The VA is seeking market information to determine if the acquisition should be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB).

Eligibility & Set-Aside
This procurement may be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) under NAICS Code 531120 (Lessors of Other Commercial Buildings). Interested SDVOSB/VOSB firms must be registered in SBA's VetCert. All business concerns must submit a Capabilities Statement demonstrating technical skills and financial capabilities, including at least two similar projects within the past seven years.
Contract Details
- Construction/Buildout Magnitude: Estimated between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
- Payment: VA makes monthly rental payments in arrears; no progress payments during design or construction.
