• Added Scope: Investigating and repairing piping issues in Room 1D-138, and modifying/extending the 1E Staff Locker Room (1E-124) to include a toilet. An $80,000.00 allowance is included for this additional work. All work must adhere to 100% stamped design drawings, architectural narratives, and specifications, complying with VA Specifications, Federal, State, and Local codes, FDNY fire safety protocols, PVA Design Standards, SCI/D Design Recommendations, and ADA Accessibility Guidelines. The project is classified as Type C-IV for Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), requiring the highest level of precautions.
