• Period of Performance: Approximately 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

• Estimated Construction Magnitude: Between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.

• The solicitation will be issued as an "Invitation for Bid" (IFB) under FAR Part 14.

• Evaluation will follow procedures outlined in the solicitation.

• The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in mid to late February 2026.
