• Site Infrastructure: New concrete walkways, planting beds, artificial turf, fencing, and landscaping.
• Brand Name Requirements: Specific brand name items are required for security cameras (Johnson Controls Exacqvision), access control (Johnson Controls Software House iStar), Building Management System (Trane Ensemble), and fire alarm (Edwards EST3) to ensure standardization and compatibility.
• Special Conditions: The project must be "stand alone," not dependent on other funding. Simultaneous work across multiple buildings is expected, with shutdowns limited to one at a time.
