Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management for extensive infrastructure upgrades across multiple buildings (including 47, 62, 14, 15, 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 73, 70, 11, 12) and the campus site. Key work areas include:
- Electrical Systems: Panel upgrades, normal and emergency power, bonding, UPS.
- HVAC: Assessment, upgrades, and Building Management System interfaces.
