Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel to complete the modernization of eight elevators (A-East Passenger, A-West Passenger, B-Passenger, B-Service, C-Passenger, D-Passenger, E-Passenger, and K-Freight). This includes:
- Installation of new controls, motors, electrical systems, emergency phones, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, cables, data, fire alarms, fire suppression, and new car interiors.
- General construction, alterations, and demolition/removal of existing components.
- Provision of temporary equipment, dust/entry barriers, infection control measures, mobilization/demobilization, and site restoration.
