Eligibility & Submission Requirements

This procurement is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered and certified with Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) and registered at SAM.gov prior to offer submission and at award. Mandatory submissions include:

  • Safety and Environmental Record: Certify no more than three serious OSHA/EPA violations in the past three years and provide an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) <= 1.0.
