Scope of Work

Contract Details

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with an estimated project duration of 250 days from the Notice to Proceed. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A bid guarantee of 20% of the proposal price (not to exceed $3,000,000) is required with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon award. The contract is anticipated to be awarded around March 2026.
