  • Electrical Upgrades: Panels, normal and emergency power, bonding, and UPS systems.
  • HVAC: Assessment, upgrades, reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation.
  • Communication Infrastructure: Installation of data outlets, patch panels, Cat 6A cabling, fiber infrastructure backbone (campus-wide, inter-building), and diversified path installation to the datacenter for WAN.
  • Building Management System (BMS) Interfaces.
  • Physical Security Upgrades.
  • Hazardous Material Abatement.
  • General Construction: Demolition, earthwork, site restoration, carpentry, plumbing, and fire suppression modifications. The evaluation will follow a "Best Value" tradeoff process, where technical factors (Past Performance, Experience Modification Rate, Proposed Project Team, Phasing Narrative) are significantly more important than price. Required submissions include a detailed cost breakdown (using Attachment 3), certification of subcontracting limitations (Attachment 4), project information sheets (Attachment 35), and Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment 36). A Bid Guarantee (Standard Form 24) and Payment/Performance Bonds (Standard Forms 25 and 25A) are also required. Offerors must acknowledge Amendment 0001.
