Eligibility & Requirements

This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. • Bonding: A Bid Bond is required if the bid exceeds $150,000 (20% of bid price, not to exceed $3,000,000). Performance and Payment Bonds are required if the contract exceeds $150,000.
