The objective of this acquisition is to renovate Parking Lot G near Building 5 at the Montrose Campus, VA FDR. This includes complete demolition, excavation, electrical illumination, and attention to storm water drainage to create more parking spaces, correct ADA deficiencies, and improve parking space dimensions.
