Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To outline the lodging and catering requirements for the Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) Yellow Ribbon Event for 3-116 FA, serving approximately 300 guests.

• Lodging: Provide accommodations for approximately 300 attendees for the Yellow Ribbon Event in Lakeland, FL. This includes 25 rooms for the night of July 10, 2026, and 5 rooms for the night of July 11, 2026. The venue must be within 10 miles of the Bonnet Springs Park Event Center.

• Catering: Provide a catered hot breakfast buffet for approximately 300 adults on July 11, 2026, from 0700 to 0900, with drinks available until 1100. The buffet must include at least two main entree choices, assorted pastries, common breakfast items, and beverages.
