• No signs or advertisements are permitted without Contracting Officer approval.

• On-site work hours are generally 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise indicated. Noisy activities (pile driving, demolition) must be performed outside normal business hours.

• Contractor must notify Contracting Officer and utility companies of proposed locations and times for excavation.

• Contractor is responsible for locating and preventing damage to known utilities; repair of damage to unknown utilities will be equitable adjusted.

• Utility interruptions require Contracting Officer notification and approval.

• Smoking is not permitted within buildings or within 25 feet of entrances, operable windows, or outdoor air intakes.

• NPS project management and communication software will be used for communication and document sharing.

• Continuous use of the pier is required by NPS and the Navy for daily operations and special events.

• Fire lanes must be maintained for emergency access.

• Access to work areas is not guaranteed during inclement weather.
