Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To restore the former Single Engine Airtanker (SEAT) Base lease area at Tooele Valley Airport (TVY) to its pre-lease condition by removing and replacing the top six inches of aggregate.

• Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and dispose of the top six inches of aggregate within the BLM lease area.

• Replace removed material with aggregate base course meeting FAA Airport Construction Standards (AC 150/5370-10), P-208 specifications.

• Compact the new fill to 90% and grade to match the contours of the removed material.

• Leave all existing infrastructure undisturbed, including tie-down anchors, concrete containment structure, drainage ditch, culvert pipe, electrical outlets, fire hydrant, fence line, and asphalt pavement.

• Work area is approximately 300 feet long by 80 feet wide.
