• Interior Repairs (CLIN 1): Quantities for wood flooring components are provided (Framing, joists: 250 LF; Subfloors, plywood: 2,500 sf; 1" x 10" board subfloor: 1,500 sf). A Professional Engineer (P.E.) assessment is required. Salvaged floorboards will be stored on-site within the GATE park; only subfloor replacement is required, not reinstallation of floorboards. Existing overhead walkways are not structurally safe for contractor use.
• Roof Replacement (CLIN 2): Assumed quantities for timber trusses, sheathing, drip edge, underlayment, metal flashing, asphalt shingles, and fascia are provided. The material is required to be tongue and groove.
• Gutter & Downspout Quantities (CLIN 5): Quantities for copper downspouts (300 lf) and wood gutters (600 lf) are provided for the Post Office/YMCA building only.
• Fascia Repairs (CLIN 6): Estimated quantity for fascia, pine, 1" X 6" is 500 LF.
• Boarding Up Openings (CLIN 7): Existing plywood boarding on windows is to remain in place.
• Flashing: Flashing, gutters, and downspouts shall be 16oz Copper. Drip edge and ridge vent shall be aluminum. Installation requirements will be advised by the Contractor's P.E.
